و لأن بعض الناس الى الان يعتقدون ان التعامل مع الفيس بوك امر معقد لأنة ليس باللغة العربية , الا ان هذا الامر غير صحيح بالمرة لأن الفيس بوك وفر اللغة العربية للمستخدمين العرب و الامر يسر على الكثير من العرب الذين لا يجيدون اللغات الاخرى التعامل بسهوله و يسر مع الموقع .

و الذى نقلته وكالة BBC ع [ 2 ] نقلا عن وكالة رويترز[ 3 ] و صل عدد المستخدمين العرب على موقع الفيس بوك الى ما يقرب من 32 مليون شخص عربى على الفيس بوك .

وصل عدد مستخدمي موقع فيسبوك عربى في العالم العربي الى ما يقرب من 32 مليون مستخدم في شهر أغسطس اب الماضي ( 2011 ) بمعدل نمو قدره 50 بالمئة منذ بداية العام طبقا لما نشرتة وكالة رويترز.

وأوضح بيان صحفي تلقته رويترز أن تقرير الاعلام الاجتماعي العربي الذي تصدره كلية دبي للادارة الحكومية أشار الى أنه في حين تعتبر الامارات وقطر والكويت والبحرين ولبنان أعلى خمس دول عربية من حيث نسبة مستخدمي فيسبوك وتويتر بين سكانها فقد تسارع استخدام وسائل الاعلام الاجتماعي بشكل خاص في الدول العربية التي تشهد احتجاجات شعبية.

وقال التقرير ان مصر أضافت وحدها ما يقرب من أربعة ملايين مستخدم للفيسبوك منذ بداية عام 2011 وحتى شهر أغسطس.

كما بلغ عدد مستخدمي تويتر في الوطن العربي خلال الربع الاول من العام حوالي 1.1 مليون أرسلوا في تلك الفترة ما يزيد عن 22.7 مليون تغريدة تركزت حول الاحداث المتلاحقة للتحركات الشعبية العربية. وقال التقرير ان كلمات "مصر" و"25 يناير" و"ليبيا" و"البحرين" و"مظاهرة" شكلت أبرز الواصفات أو رؤوس الموضوعات (هاشتاج) شيوعا بين مستخدمي تويتر العرب خلال الربع الاول.

وبين التقرير الذي أعده برنامج الحوكمة والابتكار في كلية دبي للادارة الحكومية أن النساء العربيات تمثلن فقط ثلث مستخدمي وسائل الاعلام الاجتماعي في المنطقة.

وقال فادي سالم مدير برنامج الحوكمة والابتكار وأحد كتاب التقرير "لايزال دور الاعلام الاجتماعي وقدرته على التأثير في صنع القرار والمشاركة الشعبية موضع نقاش حاد في الوطن العربي منذ بدء عام 2011. وقد لعب النمو المطرد للاعلام الاجتماعي والتحولات في اتجاهات استخدامه دورا بالغ الاهمية في تشكيل اراء الشباب في الوطن العربي."

ويعد التقرير الثاني ضمن سلسلة يعدها برنامج الحوكمة والابتكار ويرصد نمو استخدام الفيسبوك وتويتر في المنطقة خلال التحركات التي اجتاحت العالم العربي ويسلط الضوء على التحول في استخدام الاعلام الاجتماعي للاغراض الاجتماعية الى النشاط السياسي والاهلي.

و قد جاء فى مقال على موسوعة وكيبيديا ان مصر تعتبر هي الأولى في الشرق الأوسط استخداماً للفيس بوك، حيث يضم موقعها 7.4 مليون مشترك وفقا لإحصائيات يونيو 2011 [ 4 ] حيث اصبح يعتبر الموقع لاول للمصريين

و قد ورد فى نفس المقال [ المصدر السابق ] ان الفيس بوك هو ثاني أكثر المواقع زيارة في السعودية بعد جوجل السعودية حسب تصنيف موقع اليكسا (وهو موقع متخصص في إحصائيات وترتيب مواقع الأنترنت ) [ 5 ] بالتبادل مع موقع يوتيوب على المركزين الثانى و الثالث ويبلغ عدد المشتركين من داخل المملكة العربية السعودية 4.3 مليون مشترك وفقا لإحصائيات يونيو 2011 [ 4 ] .



و رغم ان الشريحة الاكبر من مستخدمى موقع الفيس بوك هى من الامريكان طبقا للإحصائيات الرسمية للموقع [6]

الا ان العرب شقو طريقهم الى الفيس بوك خاصة مع توفير ادارة الموقع للغة العربية فى استخدام موقع التواصل الاجتماعى [7]

و يرجع البعض هذا النموا المتزايد للمستخدمين العرب لموقع الفيس بوك الى ما تم نشرة عن الموقع من الدور الكبير الذى لعبة موقع الفيس بوك فى الثورات العربية الاخيرة و ما عرف اعلاميا بثورات الربيع العربي

و قد عرف المستخدمين العرب التواصل و التعامل مع موقع فيس بوك عربى فى شتى جوانب حياتهم اليومية و اهتماماتهم الشخصية فأصبح بالنسبة لهم مصدرا للتواصل الاجتماعى و مركزا لتكوين الصداقات الاقليمية و الدولية و الترفية و الدعاية و الاعلان و التسويق للمنتجات و الافكار و مصدر لتحقيق الارباح و الاستثمار بل انه اصبح موردا للحشد لإنتخابات رئاسة الجمهورية مثلما يحدث فى مصر .




و قد تمكن الشباب العربى من خلال تجمعاتهم الاقليمية و الدولية على الفيس بوك عربى من توحيد صفوفهم بشكل استطاع الاطاحة برؤساء الدول مثل ما حدث فى تونس و مصر .




و اسقاط انظمة رئاسية و الدور الذى يقوم به الفيس بوك فى تواصل الشباب السورى فى ثورتة ضدد نظام الاسد .

و لم يخلوا الامر من مواجهات بين الشعوب العربية و موقع الفيس بوك و لعل على رأسها حين انتشر بين الاوساط العربية المستخدمة للموقع الاجتماعى فيس بوك عن قيام ادارة موقع فيس بوك بإغلاق صفحة الانتفاضة الفلسطينية الثانية و الثالثة

و هيَ مجموعة من المسيرات التي كان يُخطط لكونها مليونية دَعا إليها ناشطون على موقع الفيس بوك فى 15 ايار / مايو 2011 مطالبين بالعودة الى فلسطين فى ذكرى النكبة .

مما جعل المشتركين العرب من اعلان يوم الاحد 10 ابريل 2011 يوم لمقاطعة الفيس بوك . [أ]

و مع ذلك اتخذ المفهوم الاجتماعى عن موقع التواصل فيس بوك منحى جديد فى الفكر العربى لدرجة انه اصبح مصدر لفخر الاباء من تواجد ابنائهم العرب على الفيس بوك .

و لعل تلك الخبر الذى صدر فى جريدة الاهرام المصرية ( احدى اهم الجرائد الرسمية المصرية ) اكبر دليل على ذلك


و هو اصرار شاب مصرى على اطلاق اسم الفيس بوك على طفلتة المولودة ليصبح اسمها ( الفيس بوك جمال ابراهيم ) . [8]

بل ان الجهات و المؤسسات الرسمية فى الدول العربية لاثيما التى قامت بها ثورات اطاحت برؤس انظمة الحكم قامت بفتح صفحات لها على موقع الفيس بوك للتواصل مع الشعوب العربية و لعل على رأس تلك الصفحات الصفحة الرسمية للمجلس الاعلى للقوات المسلحة [9] فى مصر و التى فاقت المليون و نصف المليون متابع حتى نوفمبر 2011 .



مما يوضح اعتراف تلك المؤسسات بالدور الذى قام به الفيس بوك فى التواصل بين افراد الشعوب التى قامت بثورات.

و لعلة من اروع الجوانب التى اشيد بها للثورات العربية انها قامت فى مجتمعات يطلقون عليها عالميا مجتمعات العالم الثالث و هو تتشبيه اقرب الى طبقة اجتماعية درجة ثالثة و مع ذلك اقامت ثوراتها من اكبر تطور علمى تكنولوجى فى العالم الافتراضى و هو ( مجتمع الفيس بوك ) .

و تأثرت العديد من الدول العربية من تجمع مواطنيها على الفيس بوك و هى :
